If your parcel was not able to be delivered, it will be held at your local postage office until you collect it (a note will be left for you with clear instructions on where to collect your parcel).
It will usually be held for a period of 14-30 days.
If you do not collect your parcel within this timeframe, it will be returned back to ourselves; a refund will be issued as soon as the order is back in our possession.
