If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address information, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. Please be aware that it’s very possible that the order may be dispatched before a customer service agent is able to process the request.
In situations where an order has been dispatched to an incorrect address, we will need to wait until the order is marked as “undeliverable” and returned to ourselves before we can issue a refund on the order.
In the situation where an order is dispatched to a wrong address, and does not make its way back to ourselves, a refund will not be issued.
