If you’re not happy, drop us an email explaining exactly what you didn’t like about the product.
We’ll then inform you of the address to return the product to (even if they’re empty).
We will issue you a refund on your order minus the S&H fees* within 5 business days of receiving your return.
*Ts&Cs: Your refund will be the total amount paid, minus the cost of shipping and minus an admin fee of £6. If you received free shipping on your order, our incurred shipping cost will still be deducted from the final value. We will not be able to reimburse the cost of returning the products.
