How do I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched please immediately email us.

If the parcel has already been dispatched (you’ll likely have received a dispatched email by that point), we cannot cancel the parcel – you will then need to go through our returns process.

Note: it can take our customer support team some time to come across your cancellation email, therefore we may not fully have time to implement the cancellation before our dispatch center has shipped the order.
