If you participate in any of Astral Nutrition’s promotional giveaway offers (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Astral Nutrition (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.
1. Eligibility
Recipients of any promotional goods from Astral Nutrition must be over the age of 18*, fully able to complete tasks required in the Giveaway Instructions list, and be within the offer’s valid territory region (i.e. you must be within the United Kingdom to enter a UK-only Giveaway promotion).
*Astral Nutrition may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Astral Nutrition may refuse to dispatch any giveaway materials to participants who are not able to provide with such proof.
2. Date of giveaways
All Giveaways conducted by Astral Nutrition are subject to promotional stock volumes, and are “while stocks last”. Astral Nutrition reserve the right to cancel any Giveaway without notice should promotional stock levels become depleted.
3. How to enter
While the promotion is active, the respective promotional offer webpage will have with clear written instructions on how to enter.
Giveaways that have ended will clearly state that the promotion has finished on the respective promotional offer webpage, and will be impossible to enter.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any of Astral Nutrition’s Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Receiving promotional giveaway goods
Upon successful entry of an Astral Nutrition Giveaway, goods will be dispatched on a fully-tracked service to your provided address within 5-10 business days.
Astral Nutrition will not be able to re-dispatch any promotional Giveaway goods that do not arrive due to incorrect address or non-collection issues.
5. Personal data
Astral Nutrition will not store any personal data collected from Giveaways offers.
6. Limitation of liability
By entering any Astral Nutrition Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Astral Nutrition, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
7. General giveaway terms and conditions
Astral Nutrition reserves its right to cancel Giveaways at any time. Additionally Astral Nutrition may change the provisions of the General Giveaway Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
8. Governing law and competent court
The Giveaways are governed by the law of England and Wales, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
